We don’t want to own your business, we want you to. Many ASC management companies require a significant equity position in your ASC, even to the point where you lose majority equity and control. That doesn’t sound like it’s your business anymore. Align does not take equity in your business because we want to help independent physicians remain independent.

We realize long-term agreements can be daunting for the independent physician-owned ASC. Align offers fee based management with flexible terms to right-size our support which eliminates "buyers regret" often felt with longer term equity-based agreements. Unlike other companies our model is based on low monthly fees with profitability incentives so our goals will always align with yours.
